Who/What: A student organization that promotes sailing.
Where: Lake Macbride - Macbride Nature Recreation Area
When: Saturdays - Lessons begin at 1pm | Sundays - Club sailing at 1pm
The Iowa Sailing Club's purpose is to promote the sport of sailing by providing equipment and organizing sailing related activities.
The Club owns a fleet of sailboats which members sail from April to November on Lake Macbride. The UISC provides lessons throughout the sailing season.
Join us for meetings at the the Iowa
Memorial Union on Wednesday nights
at 7:30pm. Meeting rooms are posted on the elevated monitors in the IMU. They are also posted on the online calendar.
