Fleet / Boats for sale

The club owns over 45 sailboats, including Flying Juniors (FJs), Lasers, Scows and a variety of dinghies. In addition, several windsurfers are available for use.

Boats and sails are rotated periodically to maintain a sailable fleet.   Boats and sails that are no longer of use to the club are often placed up for sale here.

Facilities

The UISC has one of the finest facilities in the Midwest. UI Rec Services and the UISC maintain a dock, two boatsheds, and a large boathouse for use by the UISC.

The boathouse consists of a workshop area and a two-story social area. Available facilities include a refrigerator, kitchenette, and indoor restrooms.

Keys to the boathouse are available to those rated Advanced Light Weather Helmsmen and above.
