We'll teach you how to sail!!

The University of Iowa Sailing Club (UISC) provides an excellent teaching program for its members. The main part of the program consists of two or more teaching days at the beginning of each school semester, including summer, plus additional instruction each Saturday and Sunday by appointment or on a first-come-first-served basis.

New members who want lessions should contact the Vice Commodore to discuss options and make plans.

Also, for those not able to attend or complete their training during these weekends, we can provide private instruction.

All teaching is done by experienced members, and lessons are coordinated through the Vice Commodore.
