Instructors

Instructors for the UISC consist of members who have a higher rating than the student. The philosophy is that anyone who knows more than you do can contribute something to your learning, if in no other way than allowing you to make your own mistakes. Each member, once she/he obtains the LWH rating, is expected to help teach, passing on the knowledge they have gained.
