    JULY 19th BASTILLE DAY CIRCUMNAVIGATION

Around 11am we will launch the fleet and sail over to the north arm as a group.

It turned out to be a bust.  The wind was very minimal.  We did grill, but it was at the boathouse.  Warren and Dave got the Buccaneer masted, rigged and in the water.  It needs a clear coat on a small section of the hull.  Thanks to Barbara for the chocolate chip cookies!  Thanks to Tom for getting the food and supplies!

    T-SHIRTS FOR SALE

We have 3 styles for $5 each!

June 16, 17 and possibly 18th - No water usage at boathouse

Rec Services will be chlorinating the water system at the boathouse for at least 48 hours, possibly more.  During this time, no one is to use the water spigot in the boatyard, the sink or toilet in the Social Center.  Port-a-Pottys are located across the road in the parking lot by the shelter.

    OPEN HOUSE - THIS SATURDAY - June 13, 11AM

Come join us at the boathouse this Saturday starting at 11am and check out the Club, meet new friends and enjoy some food while you're at it.

Rides to the boathouse will be available at 10am and 1pm at the south entrance of the Iowa Memorial Union.

Started in March/April and resumed on Memorial Day and released June 9, the new version of the UISC website will envision a content management system, better security and hopefully up-to-date information on what is going on in the Club.  It's a work in progress, so check back often.
